The next armor "Goblin" and "Worgen Heritage" was released today with content updates from World of Warcraft.
To qualify for Gobelin or Wogan armor, you must reach level 120 in your respective race and be revered in the Bilgwater Poster or the Gilneas Faction. Then you can accept new missions to learn more about the history of each race. Once completed, a new heritage armor transformer will be awarded.
The page shows the appearance of Goblins and Werewolf Armor. Leprechaun armor seems more practical, while wogan armor seems more formal and perhaps more appropriate. All the details can be found here.
