The plan now runs through April 22. You can earn rewards by inviting your friends to join Black Desert. Your friends always use your referral ID and can also earn rewards. The more friends you invite, the more rewards you'll get, including reminder snippets, Valks 'Cry, Cron Stone, Valks' hints, rare Shakatus boxes, etc.
