Aion: Something has to be put off

It has been announced by the Aion team that all free character transfers will have been stopped during a time if it has no notice at present. And also the team pointed out that the server balance issues should be evaluated again if the character transfer service had not start again. In order to help keep server balance, the team will set some limitation on transfers.
